The accredited research centre Materia Nova, and more specifically its Thinking life cycle department, is a scientific partner in the PROTEBoost project. Materia Nova will be responsible for carrying out a life cycle analysis to assess the sustainability of the PROTEBoost project, with a view to the eco-design of innovation. This analysis will include all stages of the production chain, from the bacteria in its bioreactor to the food product intended for the consumer and will be used as a tool for optimising a sustainable supply chain
