The accredited research centre Multitel, and more specifically its Artificial Intelligence department, is a scientific partner for the three projects in the FoodWal portfolio.
Drawing on its experience in data digitalisation and artificial intelligence, Multitel will develop disruptive digital innovations for the three FoodWal portfolio projects. These innovations will include tools for personalised nutrition (MICROBoost), for predicting hydrolysis conditions and the use of bioactive peptides (PEPTIBoost) and for helping to optimise processes for using substitute products based on purple bacteria biomass (PROTEBoost).
