The FoodWal portfolio has been launched as part of the Win4Excellence 2022 programme of the Public Service of Wallonia (SPW). This program aims to support the funding of collaborative research of excellence between Belgian French-speaking universities and accredited research centres. Created for the benefit of Wallonia’s economic sector, the FoodWal portfolio is made up of three projects entitled MICROBoost, PEPTIBoost and PROTEBoost, focusing on the current challenges facing Wallonia’s economic stakeholders in the food sector.
